[Solved] Where to find glass panel research blueprints

I have glass (not the shards, the good smelted ones) but cannot build glass panels onto my ship yet. Do I miss still a blueprint for that and is it to be found at a specific island or biome or is it a completely random drop?

if you put the shards and rock salt in your inv that makes glass you should discover the recipe

Solved. It seemed something was bugged. I smelted iron (not glass!) and then got unlocked a whole bunch of recipes including the glass panels for the build-menu.

Not the first time I smelted iron. No idea why it didn't unlock the recipes earlier...
