I have not been able to advance in the missions or guides that appear at the top left, only the part of improving a diagram in the research table is missing but I have improved several diagrams and still does not give me as valid, I do not know if this bug or I have to improve a specific diagram.

you have to upgrade one blueprint until lvl 10 and then enhance
