Whenever I log back into the game I find my metal plates and decks have taken over 1/4 damage. It doesn't seem to affect my wooden decks though.

Now they seem to be taking damage even while I am in game just sitting in the dock

Same happened to me this morning, updated all the panels to metal last night, something weird happened to the panels while extending the ship in the ship yard, panels I'd changed to metal showed the wrong texture, some wood some transparent blue colour. When I logged back in this morning the panels textures were the correct type but all damaged. Hadn't left dock and was not attacked by mantas. Floors were unaffected.
