Can we get some activities to do while flying around? Examples include fighting small/medium sized enemies, some sort of sky fishing, maybe some bad weather that can throw your ship around a little bit? (not as much as something like a wind wall).

Weather and storms sound cool to me.
Is there not already fighting while flying? or are you talking more like "Random" Encounters while flying?

As far as I'm aware the only ship combat is with the Herald, though I have not played enough to do the fight. I do want to see some random encounters though, think of the Megalodons or the skeleton ships from SoT.

I do think it would make things more interesting and have a bit of fun to it, but I also feel like that would ruin the chill vibe when flying, and or, get tedious and annoying.
