#unable to upgrade multiple guns

the clear reticence isnt upgradeable past lvl 10 as it swallows the ingredients and doesnt upgrade, and the blue shotgun isnt upgradeable past lvl 10 due to no requirements shown and the button being greyed out

Might be a bug, but the Obligation can't be upgraded either
