Pseudorandom number generator. Gachas want us to believe that everything is random, but this is not true because RNG is expensive and difficult to program. PRNG simulates RNG and depends on the starter seed. If it is good, it rains SSRs, if it is bad, it can mean that you will get nothing for 10+ multis because PRNG always follows the same path.

I see people burn out on rerolls more than be pleased with it… but the prime goals are Modernia, Scarlet, Liter in that order for campaigning.

Liter - best B1 in game. You could get her in Wishlist but odds are still low.
Modernia - probably the very best B3 in game
Scarlet - one of the best B3s in game

Naga & Tia could arguably do without Liter, though… but you still need another B1 due to Tia’s mechanics which would probably be Liter if you had her.

rerolling does suck so it helps to join/reroll during a big event. Launch event was pretty ok to reroll. Half anni and summer event was also a good time to reroll. So most likely if you wanna reroll wait till 1 year anni
