If we’re talking featured character banner, and MLBing that character, and take the 2% chance of pulling her at face value, then you need 200 pulls on average to MLB (4 copies). 1 pull is 300 gems. 10 pulls is 3,000 gems, 100 pulls is 30,000 gems. So 60,000 gems!

Isabel is pretty strong. The problem with her is that the time and resources you'd put into her for niche scenarios would be better used on other units who can work in a lot more content. Being a SG unit also doesn't help her. She really isn't bad, you're just better off building other units
