The biggest is the secondary gacha, similar to a weapon gacha in another game. If a game has this I'm not entertaining it for another second. I was really excited for GFL2 until I saw it had one too.

The other main thing is an energy system. If the game is artificially going to restrict how much you can play it. There's obviously a sliding scale with this one and I'm willing to forgive most of them as long as everything else the game has going for it is good.

3rd, they implement failure rates to upgrading gear. This is another that I'm just not going to entertain.

mathematical happiness probability theory has nothing to do with morals or morals. its a basic mathematical inevitability that you will find yourself alone and without help if you constantly stab people in the back. If you constantly prey on other people either the mob will have had enough and guillotine you, or the people within your circle will follow your example and stab you in the back like Epstein. If you believe life is only about "succeeding" and you need to manipulate people or are just unlucky then you've been already poisoned by their madness into believing their delusion that they want you to think, to buy into their way, cause its the only way they continue to follow their system if people believe there is no other way. But enough talk, what do you hope to accomplish by pessimism even if you were right besides bumming everyone else out? If you believe in the hedonistic view of life being only happiness would it not be better to live standing to your beliefs, rather than rolling over and accepting the cold uncaring nature of the universe? It sounds to me your are merely rationalizing sour grapes and depression. Whether you look at it from moral concept of kharma or cold simple pragmatics, the end result is always that selfishness is inherently entropic and will eventually bite you in the behind. Russian oligarchs found that out, French aristocracy found that out, and America is beginning to find out as the mask continues to slip.
