Should buff skill gen too, but what Anis does is every proc the gives gen (hit/skill) increases its gen by 6% of Anis' single hit burst gen. Same for other units that has bg burst filling speed. The % is from their Own base burst gen not the buff recipient base gen

No, but I think the oversimplification is that every hit (excluding burst gen recharge like Rosanna's and HelmTr's) is boosted by 0.084. This means per pellet, per rocket hit, etc.
