attackers have infinite tools nowdays, you really could clear pvp teams with pve units

the only good units you can build for pvp are the ones you use in most of your teams... jackal is one, blanc can be another, but those just need high cp in most of the cases

but anis have like 30% fixed cs during her burst

the value of cs in pvp depends on the burst gen of your team and cs of some units, helmT or emi, anis+ one of those 2 can change the speed a lot, but if your helmT or emi don't have the cs to last hit at the same time anis, anis cs doesn't work

for slower teams, 2 cs anis can skip siren, at least p1 unit, for 2RL teams means something like from 1.8RL to 1.5RL or less

im not a king nor a knight but i can tell you centi's treasure phase 2 and above makes it easier for the enemy to gain burst faster so in a normal setting thats bad. period

if you absolutely want to make her treasure can stop at phase 1 and still be safe
but if you want phase 3 then you can use her to force enemy indom teams to burst faster than your indom teams so their indom ends before yours
i.e. high level on mind games.
its safer to not treasure her or just stop at P/T 1

I usually go like this:
t1 - depends on enemy cs% but moran+noah+lib+trina or any other clip rl on 11% or higher + helm - is usually all you need
t2 - p1 indom SWHA, usually with rh and vesti in team, so SWHA linked to jackal and vesti on lower hp than them, and rh on p4, and you get sw/blanc/vesti/rh/jackal, the main point here is to just pop 2 bisc stacks before they burst b2
t3 - haven't fought emilia ever, but I usually use rumani or centi/sbs/nayuta/cindy/rosa, so 2 sacrifice units to throw under vesti and rosa them, force jackal to get indom and kill the rest with cindy.
