It gave me really detailed info. I was having trouble with against a team of Nayuta - SWHA - THelm - Emelia - RH. That tool showed me exactly when that team would burst, at sub 2rl. And helped me learn that the team giving you grief, Blanc - Biscuit - SWHA - THelm - AnisS, bursts slightly faster, and again at sub 2rl. Really just AnisS/THelm/SWHA is what gets you there. The other two positions don't matter for burst gen. Blanc and Biscuit just make a ridiculous defense in the team.

Might not work if it put you in a bad numbers spot compared to your opponents. Padding is king so you need to find a balance between good teams and good numbers

Ada can be replaced by like xMaiden and Emilia by t.Laplace. Probably worse but eh if you don't have them you don't have them

T2: mostly correct, i'd sub sbs for biscuit unless it breaks CP balance, gives your team indom mitigation: moran siren swha noah biscuit
T3: position is a bit off here, jackal vestiTU xmaiden/rumani blanc drakeT would be better, not having linked unit in p5 can allow the opponent to misindom on p5 via sniper pressure

if it ever gets to that point, take a season off from pvp, just hang ch4-ch6 and detox from it

another easy way to deal with it is set a time of the day when you specifically take ur hits

e.g. on reset and during middle of the day

then you make it a rule to not bother with pvp for the rest of the day

checking every hour (or worse) is unhealthy too

start with those steps imo and you'll soon find out that pvp aint worth min/maxing for

half of the top tier units are also top tier in pve

just ol main pvp units and youre mostly done for a big part of the game

I would say invest just enough to get top 30 in special arena (if needed) but if you're not taking breaks and do everything everyday + push campaign as much as you can it doesn't take that much efforts to get your bi-weekly 2k gems
