My suggestion from either Blanc or Biscuit you really dont need to worry much in terms of investment if for pvp.

Blanc has more overall utility for pvp and pve but you would just need to overload her T0 would suffice and upgrade her burst skill max.

Biscuit would benefit more from overload gear with charge speed so if this is only for pvp focus biscuit then Blanc.

why does b1 in p1 avoid the stun, but b3 in p1 does not avoid the stun?

Becuase the stun comes in like around 5ish seconds in battle so basically it at a fix time that the stun will trigger so burst 1 would have already gone off

Whilst b2 would be in the danger zone if at 2.5rl Becuase the stun would happen at that time.

And 2rl for burst 3 would be already stunned before they burst

Somewhat burst 3 against siren in P1 would ruin you 2Rl and 2.5 Rl even 3Rl as the stun is 3 seconds basically if you want to be immune you basically would want to burst later like with a stall team if you had something like a burst 3 defenders with biscuit so that you can stall the stun but better just avoid it all together

Looked at your team charge speed you have a monster of a jackel although you need charge speed for helm for changing rl more effectively.

But instead of Rossana you can just use Red hood you definitely outspeed for sure

If your team is 2Rl your b2 may not get stun but that mostly depends on your charge speed but you may burst before the stun

You can't really avoid her stun but it rather predictable so I wouldn't stress about it especially on attack

• T1 p1 blanc is no-go, siren stunnable with that team
• T2 glass cannon scarlet has very little threat, even more so nowdays
• T3 biscuitless noah can be dealt with easily with any indom (SWHA, vestiTU or any DPS type)

you need to scrap all 3 teams and upgrade to the latest meta teams, you can find teams in the pins:

highly suggest you take one of these routes:

• attack has huge advantage, only need 2 strong teams to counter 2 out of 3
• defense has huge disavnatage, any weakness in your team will be abused and opponent only needs to hit 2 out of 3, discarding your best team
