non true dmg clears are closer to 2m cp than 1.9m, with anis the dmg threshold/cp required is lower, but without moran you can die (the supports) even with helm burst up during the nukes. If you manage to mald and tank some hits while covering a few, you can try with anis b1
all sub 1.9m clears are using chisato laplace ada rapi b1 takina or some similar variation, killing 1 noah shield is roughly 1400 hp bars. I won't recommend building them just for the boss for obvious reasons

i framing the balls is easy during noah shields, similar to old alteisen dodge stuff; the killer is the nuke phase after she opens her shield

in SR you could cover between each nuke tick, with deficit your cover will die at some point

T1: you don't need biscuit here, just turn it into nayuta privT swha anis flex, ensure team is 2RL with 2 clipRL quantum 7 and your nayuta is siren resistant
T2: don't run your main B3 in p1 in 2026, it's free ticket to get your vestiTU siren stunned, which means you'll get offburst vestiTU indom, very easy to stall it out. Also, NEVER run anis with indom teams, especially in p5, it can cause anis indom against you (SRs shoot p5)
T3: jackal is actually detrimental to your T3, team is also indom weak without biscuit
