Rolling 24% charge speed on random RL units doesn't make sense unless you do it for ALL RLs in the squad and RLs are the bottleneck. And even then, because of the delays that most B3s have with their AoE nukes, it doesn't really make that big a diff. And because I constantly experiment with different teams, having some units have significantly more charge speed than others while not being the bottleneck becomes a waste of rocks. Hence why almost all my RLs are 18-20% CS

2RL is easy right now so even 25% charge speed on everyone isn't going to let your B3 land it's nuke before an enemy Noah or Moran. But it will let you avoid getting Siren stunned

e.g. 88% to 2RL or 2.5RL with a jackal in your team means you only need 12% feed to be promoted to that burst gen tier

viceversa 69% to 2RL or 2.5RL means you'll need 31% feed to hit that tier, which means you'll struggle way more to be promoted to that burst gen tier

this is how much feed a single AR unit produces if you're running jackal in your team and that unit is shooting jackal herself or a linked unit

Right the damage share is strong, but the burstgen feed on jackal doesn't appear to be intended by the skill description

emma with jackal was a strong combo to sustain with
rosanna was meant to counter attackers and break jackal links
scarlet was meant to punish slower teams and high fire rate units
noise was meant to give your team sustain and tankyness
jackal was meant to give you burst gen and distributed damage

...the fact jackal became the most broken unit and still never got balanced is indeed lack of QoL on SU side

or maybe they fear if they touch anything in the code the game breaks
