as for soline, she's great to keep you alive against early pressure, but that's it, bad burst gen and feeds

as you can see from the notes your main problem is your utilities, they're all pretty low invest, core damage dealers and some core units are doing OK, work on those and you can drammatically improve your experience

natural 2RL rosanna is best to ensure you put early pressure on any attacker unit used by enemy comps
sacc rosanna is peculiar because she wants your units to die and give you burst gen via that (or enemy units also count), this is typically seen in SG rosanna teams, that want to murder units very early on and getting you to sacc via rosanna from enemy units

take this team for example:

while it may look like 3RL, if anis dies that team is kicked into 2RL, and rosanna B1 on 2RL will try to kill 2 attackers (if present), hitting before enemy reaches B2, which is usually the safety net (bay, noah, blanc... etc)

another typical sacc unit in p1 is viper or some other water code units, because arena is elec dominated, very high chances those units die within 2RL from early pressure

that is because unfortunately CP is always part of the picture

I have good Rosanna but I can’t really use her since RH will always burst and Nayuta is indom.

I thought about using Noah but my CP is too low rn anyway to make any functional comp with her.

And it seems not a single team with CP deficit can handle their team. So at this point I cant do anything.

However I wanted to ask what teams are good to build long term to handle them. For example, would Helm life steal Noah work?
