right now 1st and 3rd fighting with each whole season in my case, still 2nd at end. So it's 50/50

It's can be matter in last season before reshuffle, cause I guess you maintain your position after that, and player swaps positions between servers. So higher is better.

But in other seasons 1-3rd just same.

i would say vesti tu is the god in pvp atm, more so than scarlet. give vesti the proper setup to win: replace grave with blanc and replace sbs with libe/ treasured laplace for slightly better burst gen

would probably go with something like this with your box, not sure if I managed to distribute power close to being even though, but i guess should turn out fine.

crown and liter slow you down too much so you cannot really use them, and team 3 is the weakest one because rapi and nayuta are slow but they are your best dps there, still this team should live until you burst unless someone screen wipe's it
team 1: kinda baits siren to stun noah but you still would burst just would be unprotected, depends how smart your enemies are
team 2: scarlet doesn't gets red hood buff when your order is like that but you already have sr15 3rd highest cp scarlet, she should be fine without double buff for quite a while, and you close enough to 2rl that probably would get promoted to it by just jackal feed, you are not at the levels where people can really afford 0 feed teams and know too much about it.
quantum better to be used on 2nd team trina+jackal, other cubes you have doesn't really matter much, adjust them to raise cp of one team or another, if you have tempering lvl3 give it to noah.

If you can tank his Vesti pre burst, you can try using Siren in P2 to stun his Noah and try bursting before they do

His team comp is pretty much broken down by 90% without Noah. You just need to figure out what units to use to finish them off

non-gachas = can be played but generally only good once

I play a bit of both to avoid getting too stuck into one thing, I love a good story driven game that has an ending, but I also like that I can get some new stuff to do in a game like Nikke periodically

and then there are games I can play more but have less story/goal than gachas like EU5 where I just play as a nation and set myself a goal to do
