Some obvious issues if I look at just the pvp units (I think this is most of them)

won't do much but rumani/centi/jackal at least 4/4/4 them, can up those would be cheap

Jackal GS (gear score) is 43, this is out of a max of 180 (12/12 black lines, unrealistic but a theoretical max)

primarily issue for her head/torso (overload data on 2nd tab)

you have CS tier 1 twice there, would be worth reset attributes at least a bit to raise the phases

L1 = line 1, P1 = phase value of the line

1.98% CS is phase 1 and 5.47% Charge Damage is just phase 2 so a total value of 3

also bump the battery gear levels to +3 when you can, I think +3 is a good stopping point, some like rumani has all 0 levels

You probably won’t kill them without RH or Ada buff, for stronger lineup u need to buff vesti with someone stronger like RH or Ada.
Noise + Helm heal together OP, also noah removes ~3s from your burst time

i believe vestis Burst dmg is not that high the real threat in her is if she can continuously attack the enemy until the burst fades out

like in this case i believe opponent's T.vesti attack is good but lacking ammo to continuously attack the whole burst time ends up reloading mid burst would be death sentence to her.

T2 2RL nuke (scar-blanc-rh deletes this, while enabling you to stay alive without being punished by mihara)
T3 biscuit locked team, defender B3, any speed between 2RL to 4RL
T4 this is an expensive one, needs strong indom, scar-jack or slow cindy
T5 2RL bay generic, can force taunt via noise or noah

but making CA based on countering is a bad idea, it's just RNG whether those teams get matchmade or not

Yes, but not exactly.

In a theoretical world, yes, because it's impossible to guess your opponent, you make general purpose teams that have general high win rates.

In reality, people just copy teams and so the meta is very limited to a small handful of team combinations. So rather than caring about general high win rate, you only care about win rate against that small subset of teams and their variants.

So how to do figure out the best teams that are somewhat generic but have the highest win rate against a limited pool of opponent teams? A test matrix xD

Noise at p1 as only b1 feels risky, but noah at p1 could get siren stunned
