there is a delay on the burst based on just game mechanics themselves

you can then play with the CS on the units to see how much you can bring the burst speed down by with different CS values

1. if enemy team is not running siren resistant team, you can use siren in p1 or p2 (linked)
2. an additional direct counter to that lineup is scarlet soda trina flex jackal, as you'd prevent noah B2
3. if helmt is linked, that team is water code link weak, you can use mirror s.anis but without helmt, noah trina biscuit s.anis jackal
4. heavy DPS carry 2RL indom B3s, such as 2RL vestiTU or RRH or emilia can take care of that aswell
5. slow cindy will bypass noah shield, cindy blanc biscuit midhara rumani
