Well its up to you, but that CS requirement is made to ensure that you can burst with Moran at least before whatever enemy 2 RL nuke comes in. HelmT is actually the one most required to have CS coz she is the unit that has the most bg gain among the team, at least 18%+ is best, ideally 26% (with CS cube) if you are extremely lucky

I feel quantum, tempering and max health are priority but the damage reduction doesnt do much before my units are invested with 4 x charge speed and quantum cubes

The moment Tempering was added, I full switched to Tempering

Quantum is a very niche but powerful cube that depends on exact calculations, just like charge speed. Whereas Tempering is universal

Making 99% burst gauge become 100% is a game changer. But making 100% become 101% does nothing

Sora prevents this by removing Siren's bubble debuff, if Sora bursts earlier than that

If Sora bursts later, it's not a guarantee since Sora just removes 1 debuff and there's no guarantee the removed debuff is the stun

But i do feel like trina delays the stun a bit, with Noah on P1 i needed at least 108% 2RL to avoid the stun but my scarlet on p1 can full burst with 105%
