She would be very strong if she could capture ghost every time the team hit 100 hit counts. Because that's 1100% dmg every 2/5 second in a MG+Siren team.

If it's 6 second per ghost then she won't even be able to stack up to 13 stack in 2 burst interval and would need to be off burst like Xmaiden. Which suck.

It's pretty disappointing to be honest. I was prepared to max her out if she was at least S.Anis tier but no, just miden tier. Her skill 2-3 pretty much worthless if she need 6 seconds a stack. Basically a worse Miden, her only benefit is being MG for siren. And little buff on s1.

That 40% ATK when she using burst skill but she only burst skill once per fight and 1100% without any buff every 6 seconds.

It's just 2.5rl stall with Rumani burst before Scarlet so Blanc(biscuited) burst afterward. To buff the dmg midhara deal to Scarlet team enough for them to win against a scar Trina glass Cannon team.

Ofc it's high win rate against scar comp, even the copycat who couldn't burst Rumani before Scar wipe is all thank to the bug.
