If that’s the case, then this is what you can do:

Start to OL your main pvp units, even the defender/supporter units (OL+0 minimum to have enough CP and to get lines for additional stats)

Consider OL+5 gear for your heavy hitter dps units

Work on the skill investments and optimize (good for building cp as well)

I went with just my PvE team in a different order for Rookie Arena, since I figured the extra CP was worth more than being able to burst (at all). Alice + Crown + Modernia was not going to hit any burst goals without Jackal. =/

yeah @lunar olive i would look at the tier lists by nikke.gg and prydwen sorted for pvp and invest into those units considered meta

especially the ones that are used for pve so then you dont feel like you're wasting resources

haha well both you're not guaranteed those top rewards. PvE is ultimately more rewarding and PvP is just nice side income

honestly i don't usually recommend investing in Rosanna unless you're serious about PvP. That T1 comp you have relies on an Rosanna with at least 4/7/7 skills. The strategy to that comp is sacrificing Scarlet/P1 so Rosanna snipes 1-2 units on the other side

Her Feathers can be taunted, however, so she will ideally need two buffers to ensure she has enough firepower to brute force through any opponent tank and still kill the entire enemy team before her Blanc/etc. buff expires. She does not have any hard counters, but she can get soft countered by an enemy Noah-Biscuit combo (which will block her AoE nuke then taunt all her Feathers)

Will it help? yes. But you have to decide if you're willing to spend the rocks to re-roll over some other units. Emi is one of the units that is generally recommended to re-roll though. She's arguably the best PvP unit
