Nyamtur no longer showing chat bubbles in Oasis?

Nyamtur used to have little things to say when you stopped by his area in the Oasis, just random dialogue bubbles above his head like the other NPCs in the Oasis, but since the release he has been radio silent. Not sure if this is intentional or not.

Ah I see, I didn't know he eventually runs out of stuff to say, sounds good then 👌

I figured he would have random radiant quotes or something like "Keep getting those Huns" or stuff like that
