I’m running into an issue where my Steam Deck save and PC save are no longer syncing. Before version 1.0, everything worked fine, but now the saves don’t seem to sync at all.
My most recent save is the one with 29 hours on my Steam Deck, but when I launch the game on my PC, it only shows an older save from when I first played on PC, before I switched over to the Deck.

Hi arithmetic,
We've been experiencing these kind of issue with Steam Cloud Save for quite sometime and apparently we aren't the only impacted.
The issue is that we don't have much control in there to make sure the sync works correctly as it is Steam's SDK that handles this. :/
@leaden jewel do you know if there is a way / workaround to force the sync on your device?

Someone mentionned that if you try duplicating your save on steamdeck, the new one will be synced correctly with the lastest data

Thank you guys for responding @tulip path @leaden jewel 😁 so I wanted to say that I discovered the duplication work around last night on accident and came here to mention that!
That seems to work and no worries at all regarding the steam sync issue. I heard that this had been a problem on other various games on Steam as you mentioned so I understand.
