#New legendary medallion: Weapon Reforge

Rather than a universal bonus, this medallion gives each weapon its own unique upgrade based on its special attack or another core mechanic:

Baatar's Horns: Special attack damage ramps up over time.
Berserker's Axes: Fury mode's damage bonus increases as your health gets lower.
Broadsword: Each stage of the special attack deals more damage.
Caestus: Special attack stuns enemies for longer.
Censer: Ignites faster and burns for longer.
Chained Dagger: Special attack deals bonus damage based on how many enemies are marked.
Corrupted Axe: A special attack that consumes 120 energy deals critical damage.
Corrupted Spear: Special attack instantly kills enemies below 15% health. Doesn't work on bosses or enemies with protective auras.
Corrupted Sword: After the special attack, the first normal attack combo deals bonus damage.
Dented Pot: Increased critical chance.
Double Daggers: Increased critical damage while Vayu's Breath is active.
Hammer and Knife: Hitting an enemy with the special attack increases the damage of your next tool use.
Imperial Axe: Breaking a protective aura with the special attack stuns the target.
Iron Mace: Attacks deal bonus damage to airborne enemies.
Javelin: Special attack deals bonus damage to the second enemy it hits, and even more to the third enemy.
Kaali's Scythe: Special attack is faster and throws the spear farther.
Monk Staff: Launching enemies into walls or into each other deals heavy damage.
Panjeh Poladin: Killing an enemy with a charged special attack refunds the charge.
Poisoned Claws: Poison from the special attack deals more damage.
Royal Sword: Critical hits extend critical duration.
Slayer: Hitting an enemy with a special attack at the end of the combo increases attack speed for the next combo.
Tabar: Special attack charges faster.

PS: I am fully aware that most of these would be horribly unbalanced in-game.
