Just got invincible during the run, hard to say when that happened, since i noticed it late (I mean I am godlike in the game, I never take damage anyway). If I had to make a guess the revive skill may have caused it

I got this issue many times, it is executed after some events after death defiance, restarting game fix it.
Devs are aware of this. Tho I am not sure if they know the source of that bug. Always try to send logs if a bug appear, there are guides how to find them both in bug and suggestion threads
