The title describes it, I already had beaten the first boss before, but not in the run I was trying to resume. It brought me to Tower of Oblivion.

Could you share your player.log please? They are located in AppData\LocalLow\EvilEmpire\The Rogue Prince of Persia

Do you also have Steam cloud enabled?

Yes, I have it enabled but mind you I didn't quit the game for it to go into that map.

I also noticed that when that bug is triggered, in the loading screen map is in what seems to be a different position than usual?

It's a bug with saves and probably steam cloud. It breaks many things.
