Tracker always out of place and never is synced to the computer when it’s turned on

This tracker does just about everything to go wrong, the other two are in place, but this one is always far off even if I turn it off and turn it back on it’s still as far off and out of place, when I try to do the figure to catch it up with the other others it will almost complete the sink, but then it’ll say lagged out or timed out, I don’t know what’s going on with this stupid tracker, but I really need the help
