XR Elite Controller Issue

Hello, my issue is that my joystick abruptly stopped working on the right controller. It will be shown moving in my headsets overlay. But not Steam VRs overlay. It also doesn't work in the headsets menu.

So it is shown to be picking up it's movement in the headsets overlay but not anywhere else.

I have restarted all my softwares, I have unpaired and repaired said controller. I have checked for updates.

Physically it is completely fine. There is no damage to the controller either. It seems like an odd software issue but I'm stumped currently on what else to try.

Additionally the only notable thing that happened recently was the newest Software update for Streaming Hub and that my power went out while charging the controllers

Have you tried restarting the controller? Press and hold the Vive button until it briefly vibrates & then switching it back on again?
