I figured out what base station isn’t working and I made sure it’s in and it’s connected to the power correctly not sure what to do from here help me please

To add to the problem now I turned off my pc snd turned back on and now the base station is gone
When I got into stream vr settings- general- there is no option to turn on Bluetooth
