Starlink?
The brand for the adapter I am using
Well msi katana 15 has a display port 1.4 output from its usb c
So does the adapter too.
Using an adapter for l2
I did update my GPU drivers
Can you launch NV control panel to see type C is on the NVGPU side?
Sure
How do I do that
Sorry, it is my first VR and I am not used to drivers and stuff
If possible , can we do a call or smtg?
Just right click on the desktop call out Nvidia control panel
Look for
(I just copy random picture from google.)
But here willl tell you if the type C is from the NV GPU or intel one
Mine looks like this
Now looks like this
What shall I do next, boss?
I am sorry I am tagging u but I am getting anxious @karmic ocean
do you have another type-C to DP adapter?
Or maybe try another type C ports.
Try with vive console on steam, make sure the power button is turned on and that he headset has power and at least one base station sees the headset.
Check your msi software to check if you have any sort of "MSHYBRID" on since I saw someone mentioning that and in SteamVR try DP training mode is set to B
Nope
Negative
I will try that
Anymore suggestions?
This didn't work
Also, does updating bios helps?
Do you have a monitor that can go with the adapter to confirm the type C port is working properly?
