1. My headset will sometimes randomly output less volume. Need to toggle audio setting to reset. 2. Streaming APP will not show up in quick menu. It just disappeared. 3. Cannot go back to Streaming APP after using settings from quick menu. 4. Streaming APP center not the same as Home. Need to re-center every time. For the centering, have you tried to use Steam to do the whole centering process to make sure it was saved, and not use the "quick centering" button you use in the video ?
