Sorry to hear it's still giving you problems! We had been reaching out on ticket 50483993 and needed some additional logs to troubleshoot further. Oftentimes these types of error can be related to out of date drivers or power management issues on USB hubs.

I’ve had everything replaced that I could the third-party that I bought it from is letting me return it and get my money back. I just wanted to let y’all know because everything I try that y’all tell me it’s still does not want to work and I’m tired of sitting here waiting. I’ve tried on the official website where you can basically buy the headset as well for support everything they do has not been helping me, so just thought you should know and the parts that I had replaced are also in the same box. I will make sure to leave a note one way or another for y’all to have or something I don’t care I want you have a note that down and yeah.
