I walked up and down my stairs 2x2
i rate that
Legs are burning
Today was chest
Hang Snatch - 3x5 light weight same as cleans
Incline Dumbbell Bench - 3x5 light weight going down for 3 secs then shooting up
RDLs - 3x5 getting a good contraction on the way down
Prone ITYWs - 2x3 each one, basically supermans on a bench while holding weight
Goblet Squats - 2x6 - put a bumper plate on the ground and hold a dumbbell
Calf Raises - 2x10
Core and Abs - timed
Then did some game where someone drew a card out of a deck and if the card was red, 10 reps, black, 15 reps, did that for 10 mins
each number was a different exercise
