It was earlier leaked that cod 2023 would be a completely seperate title from MW2, instead of being a dlc for it. So, that means sledgehammer will be in control of the game instead of Infinity Ward being a part of it.

There were also leaks for a ZOMBIES mode called Outbreak 2.0. If you don't know, Outbreak was a zombies game mode in Black Ops Cold War that essentially had multiple large maps with different objectives you could do on that map as side quests for better rewards, and a main objective to travel to a different world for better gear and more difficult zombies. It got rid of rounds and replaced it with world difficulty, which was basically the same thing.

But, the interesting part of Outbreak 2.0 is that it has been leaked to be a PvPvE experience. Essentially, it takes the multiplayer aspect of DMZ, and adds it to Outbreak. This was a key factor for Outbreak 1.0 that could have made it one of the best zombies "maps" of the game. Now, the big factor for how this product will be done is if Treyarch pulls a Vanguard and takes over development of the mode, or if Sledgehammer does the work for Outbreak 2.0.
