I walked outside, I got all my stuff.
I wore his hoodie, I like them gruff.

But tonight I walked outside, all by myself.

There was snow all around, as it fell from sugar mist-

I reached down, I couldn't resist.

Scooped up fresh snow, pressed in a cone -

And I stole a kiss from that old man winters face.

My breath hitched as I watched him go calm -

Then I remembered pictures on dad's old phone.

Calvin & Hobbs, so I made snow goblins -

And stood like T-Rex, rawr rawr rawr...

Because I was outside as the snow fell on ghost town -

I was outside in the snow in the night.

I layed down in the soft balm of the calm -

I watched the snow fly as I was the falcon.

I'm only twenty-six it's felt like a millennium -

I'm making snow angels because.

I was outside all night by myself, no one around to bother me so -

I walked around in the snow by myself
