Voice!
“Voice” is the sound produced in a person’s larynx and uttered through the mouth as a speech or a song.
Everybody has a voice,
But not everyone knows how to use it in regards of speaking out for yourself or speaking out for someone else,
And the thought—it’s there, jingling like bells,
But thinking how to vocalize it just—makes your brain swells.
So now she’s—left on mute, even though she doesn’t like it,
Trips on her tongue so much she grabs her lips and bites it.
And not because she doesn’t say stop means you keep going,
keep the flow flowing,
This isn’t a game of bowling,
You don’t get to—push her pins or press her buttons.
And it’s not a game of basketball either coz when you—shoot your shot you gon always miss.
M.I.S.S: motivated, intelligent, strong and successful,
Ain’t no success in this one because—M.I.S.S, she’s not gon be your missus,
No bride at your altar so don’t be expecting kisses and blisses.
The blind could tell by her actions, she doesn’t like your actions,
Complete opposites.
