ohh very interesting, looking for self but a borrowed constructed one instead, and social connections break down in meaning.. i think this one is so evocative! and i love the psychological investigation!

This is a really creative poem that sees the speaker being represented almost like a figure being built to represent a human, with a list of events counting down from when they’re first built to completion.

Despite seeming human and normal on the surface, the inside is a husk and devoid of any pleasure feelings or thoughts, just the cogs turning the body toward its next objective.
