If you don't know what a sprint channel is, its a race where you are supposed to put down as many words into your story/poem in the duration of the sprint. You use any sort of site that that takes word counts and put in the starting number of words (could be a new poem or an existing one) and put the amount of words you had by the end. Its not competition unless you think of it that way. Really helps with writters block/get ideas if you have never tried it.
