    2.stay away from words with 'ou' and 'ei' next to each other. It's terrible 😣

You should try learning English by immersion/changing your surroundings to match the English channel. You can do this is by watching English movies(actively, don't just sit there and do nothing - actually listen consciously and take a few notes if you will), now, the core part of this is; Thinking. What? What do I mean? Well, you think in Urdu and Punjabi, right? THAT is how you got so good at it, this is why that's native to you. Try thinking in English, okay?

To summarize: Try your smart-hardest to think in English(do not try too hard, try smart, not just hard), actively listen while watching English films, media, books et cetera.
