O' darling dear, the fates hath wilt,
You take the bold and sheening blade,
That lay so still, beneath the earth
Of t' Soulful twins of heart and Mind,
And consecrate, by way of blood,
Your lovers gurgling carcass here.
My brazen, brooding blood of youth,
That passions forth the rankèd lords,
Of Mars' and Venus' sound remorse,
And by the still endarkened scene,
Usurps,through might, unevened moon,
Its blaring crimson, bloodborne rite,
Such force makes light of blusterous clash,
When spawns thereby a lustrous flame,
A lucent gleem, (The soul of man),
Forthright declares the marriage vow,
"My soul, anew, and yours entwined",
O' Darling dear, O' Darling dear.
