POEM 1: Light of Dawn

Due time shall light of dawn at yonder break
For thou wilt not see amongst my heart
Shrouded in a cacophony pained yet soothed
Due time shall light of dawn at yonder break
Hearts crossed, shadowed within, loves bitterblade
Void of corruption, o’ thou corruption that reaps my soul
Due time shall light of dawn at yonder break
Ones love, another’s weakness, thou struck by thy Cupids arrow
Oh pain, what woeful void, cease of love
Due time shall light of dawn at yonder break
One’s own, split to two
Owned by one and another by the other
Due time shall light of dawn at yonder break
Endless sorrow, woeful cries, a dagger to my soul
A river of the corrupt, torn apart, within and throughout
Due time shall light of dawn at yonder break
For not all whilst be lost may one treasure a half
A half to whole, to be yet full of' love
O’ song yet sung, pure as a dove cure for corrupt
Due time shall light of dawn at yonder break

I like the use of old English and repetition, a very unique poem💕
