Whispers of love and despair
Oh love, a light that shines so bright,
A beacon in the heart's darkest night.
But when it fades, it leaves despair,
A pain so deep, it's hard to bear.
Two hearts entwined with hope so pure,
A bond they thought would always endure.
Yet fate can twist, and ties can sever,
Leaving souls to wander, lost forever.
In love's warm embrace, we find our peace,
In its absence, our yearnings increase.
For love can lift us to the skies,
Or leave us with tears in our eyes.
Despair may come when love departs,
A void that echoes in broken hearts.
But even in the deepest, darkest hour,
Love's memory holds a gentle power.
So cherish love, with all its might,
For even in despair, it is the light.
And though it may bring sorrow and pain,
The beauty of love is worth the rain.
