Watching time pass by,
Stuck, and entranced.
Like I'm frozen,
And time has stood still,
While everything around me
Continues on.
I see the people pass by,
The noise in the streets.
I hear the cars as they drive,
And the sounds of the city.

How is it?
That the world keeps turning,
While I am here
In this melancholic state...
The motions blurring,
Noise fading away.
As I am stuck in a daze,
The days turn to grey,
And life continues on..
Locked in the chaos
Of my own mind.

Instead of saying watching the time go by you should show what you mean by saying something like, "I am a frozen clock who's arms are stuck at 12:30."

The part about seeing the people and hearing the noise on the street can then be personified through the clock.

Nice job midnight, the first stanzas images read like a book and is vivid, if I were to change one thing, I would add a little rhyme scheme by saying the days turn to hues of greys
