Pretty young lady amongst gardens of flowers,
Lives a lovely tune on her red lips;
Made up songs of familiar languages, Yet the words so hidden,
Feels like her last wish to gatekeep.
She has faith in her work, even if nobody else does,
"Life is great when it's sacrificed for love."
She says,as she gently tears off her flowers.
"I'll smile in someone's tears forever."
Baskets of flowers she gathers, offerings of smiles she possesses,
She appreciates the weather for the looks of it,
Feels life in love for the meaning of it.
She carries the basket home.
Greets her presence with a kiss,
As she burns the flowers in her fireplace,
Hoping tomorrow will be a good day.
"Sacrifice of beauty hurts,"
"doesn't it ?"
