When I read this poem, it reminded me of the song "Scars to You're Beautiful," which conveys pretty much the same message. I find the poem to be rhythmic and quite consistent with the stanzas and overall flow. As an average reader, I say it's well done! ^^

It is not complicated, so I believe it's suitable for pretty much all readers 👀
