Blue flowers for thee,
A fair lad whom I cherish.
May thou live long free.

if you want to actually and properly use archaic english pronouns:

thou - second person nominative singular: thou hittest me
thee - second person accusative singular: I hit thee
ye - second person nominative plural ye broke my head
you - second person accusative plural I took you

so basically it should be:

Blue flowers (Subject) for (preposition) thee (Object)
