Welp, I'll give it one last try,
For me, it's do or die.
So, India, I just wanted to say.
Something that might make your day.
I wrote this with blood, sweat and tears for you,
So, I hope you love it as much as I do.
I’m not great at writing poems,
And while I was writing this, I was chilled to the bone.
But for you I made an exception,
Because I cannot handle your complexion.
Let’s cut to the chase, I like you.
Every time I look at you, I blush and you thud my chest,
India, I hope you feel the same way too.
Because you are cute, funny, and truly are the best.
The first time I saw you,
And when you first looked at me too,
You left me in awe.
I knew for me, you had open a new door.
And though you laugh at me, and not with me,
It still makes me smile.
Hiding my love, which you could probably already see,
Oh, India, I’ve been dreaming of you for a while.
And though I glance at you, from time to time.
I wish I could stare at you, for all my life.
You may think this is a joke, but you would be wrong.
Because you are the bird that sings my song.
God only knows,
Where this could go,
And even if my heart starts to grow,
Out of control.
And everything goes up in flames,
Heaven won’t be the same.
If it doesn’t get better than this,
I’m sorry I wrote to you,
Guess it went up in flames,
Well, heaven won’t be the same.
And I wish you joy, and happiness,
But above all this, I wish you love.
And I will always love you.
So, India,
I beg the question,
Do you hate me,
Or are we just friends,
Or can you grab my hand, and take me on a journey?
That never, ever, ends.
