i feel the need to write a poem bubbling through my veins. But everytime i write it doesnt seem just right. it seems wrong, it seems odd. I dont understand why it wont come togther. and yet rhyming while i message usually helps im stuck. im officially stumped.

I think this is a rather common occurrence to writers in general, but especially in poetry where a lot of literary devices are used in a small amount of text.
Personally, what works best for me is I save each iteration then sleep on it. Read it the next day, perhaps cut a few out and keep going until I'm down to 1.
Of course, you can also save certain stanza/line for future writes as well from what you cut!
