So I ran into the issue now every time I restarted the game. The Hotkeys don't save after changing them, they always go back to the standard layout.

Ohhh... you might be seeing the same issues as this person but they were on azerty: #1435326952654372975 message are you using any of the modifier keys they show in this message?
