I think it would be pretty cool, once new character art is fleshed out (pun intended?) , to be able to make adjustments or edits to a character's appearance when approaching a mirror.
Mirrors opening a Character Building menu, since they aren't really reflective in game.

I'd love that! So far we can use scissors to change haircuts but it would be cool to be able to change facial hairs and other appearance elements

Indeed! Our server is Story-centered (PvE, RP with Lore and a Mystery Bad) and as our characters go through events and age, it would be great to adjust them as we go!
